Construction technical supervision<\/strong><\/p>

A set of technical and organizational provisions as established by the national legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the Regulation (EU) No 305\/2011, which ensure the conduction of the essential requirements about the safety of buildings as well as health, durability, energy economy, protection of the environment, economic aspects, and other important aspects of the project construction throughout the usage period.<\/p>

Building supervisor<\/strong><\/p>

A natural or legal person from the Republic of Lithuania or another country, or another foreign company, who is responsible for technical supervision of the construction as per set principles in Article 48 part 1 and 2 of the above-mentioned regulation, as well as the requirements in part 3 of the same Article.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
